Avoid the chance that your male cat will develop crystals in his system that will come out in his urine by feeding a high quality diet. This problem is painful for the cat and to your wallet, as well. Feed your cat food that is low in magnesium. Look over the label. Fish-based foods usually contain more magnesium than poultry-based foods.
If your cat is traveling with you, remember their ears. You cat is used to being at home and it might shock him to hear you singing at the top of your lungs. Keep the music turned down or off when taking your cat on a trip.
When purchasing a tiny kitty as gift for the kids, it’s best to establish boundaries well ahead of the arrival. Make sure your kids know where the cat can be. If you’re planning to have an indoor cat, explain to your children that the cat is not allowed to be outside. Setting the rules in advance will ensure your children understand.
